Terms and Conditions - Summary for Booking Form

By submitting this booking, you agree to the following terms:

• Deliveries will be carried out according to the selected service type and schedule.
• Maca Transport is not liable for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (e.g., weather, traffic, or recipient availability).
• All packages must be securely packed and clearly labelled. Fragile or valuable items must be declared at booking.
• Additional fees may apply for special handling, difficult access, or changes made after booking confirmation.
• Payment terms must be met to avoid delays or cancellations.
• Bookings may be cancelled up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup without penalty. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the booking cost.
• Bookings may be rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup without penalty. Rescheduling with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a rebooking fee of 25% of the booking cost.
